You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
The workouts, movements, and fitness content on HomeWODrx are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or other health concern.

Workout names such as "Murph," "Fran," and other named benchmarks may be trademarked by their respective owners. HomeWODrx makes no claim of ownership over these names.
HomeWODrx uses third-party services including Supabase (data storage), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of HomeWODrx is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these services. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
HomeWODrx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
